I just learned how to do a spiral! first video of me doing it but im super excited about life for it. not to music just a quick practice vid.
In the Order of the Pheonix we are introduced to a new character by the name of Luna Lovegood. She wears brightly colored glasses, has radish earrings and read a magazine called the quibbler, a periodical about creatures and stories that are even crazy to the mystical world of witches and wizards.
Even with in a hidden magical world full of people who can make objects float or turn into cats there are outcasts. Other students take so many supplies from Luna through out the school year that she has to post a “lost items list.” But the greatest part of this character is that she embraces her difference from others by wearing a shouting lion head to a sporting event or bright sun colors to a wedding for good luck.
I want to be like her.
In every social situation I’ve been in, I’ve felt outcasted. Playing soccer growing up I wasn’t the star goalie or the point scoring striker, I was defense player. But I was a damn good defense player. Doing shows it was a rarity when I would receive a speaking part or a solo but I would sing the shit out of a song. Another example applying to more recent years is being around the gay world. I hang out with my gay friends at bars or wherever I always feel left out. Not being at the “level of gay” that they are on not knowing the lastest pop star.
Though It can be lonely, 9 times out of 10 I prefer it that way. I like not being in the spotlight but being so good at something that the spotlight’s job isn’t being done properly without me. It’s a different kind of need and appreciation.
To Finish this off Luna Lovegood is probably one of the best and under appreciated literary characters in which I see myself in. And Besides we are both Ravenclaws :-)
why this woman is amazing. Puts so much effort into her performances. She is a true performer. Not a singer, dancer, artist, but a performer. Still can’t wait to see what she has to store for her little monsters.

I took a test in high school that was pretty similar to the sorting and I was put into Hufflepuff. For Years I thought I was a hufflepuff. When I went to The Wizarding World of HP, I bought a Yellow and Black scarf. but Now that Im older my quirkyness has reached its full potential I will embrace my true RAVENCLAW.
